Refund Policy - the basics

1. Returns Window

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • After 3 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

2. Acceptable Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

 

4. How to Start a Return

  • Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location. 

 

5. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed, with credit applied to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to our error, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
